MAKERS GONNA LEARN GENERAL COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE

General Commercial Use License

Thank you for your purchase from Makers Gonna Learn, LLC, (hereinafter referred to as “Makers Gonna Learn”).

All purchases from Makers Gonna Learn include the Makers Gonna Learn General Commercial Use License. This General Commercial Use License outlines how you are permitted to use the item(s) for both personal and commercial use. “Item” is defined as a graphic, design, or font unless otherwise specified.

With the exception of fonts, for productions of five hundred (500) copies or more or any volume of print on demand for items from the same cut file, you must purchase an Enterprise License from Makers Gonna Learn for each individual item.  Selling 500 or more items using designs coming from different cut files does not require the purchase of an Enterprise License.  

Any current member may use any purchased item for personal and commercial use. You may use items for yourself or create a product with or using the item that you hold for sale. The purchased item may be used on a physical product as long as the original digital design has not been altered or modified in any way. Personalization (such as adding a name) of a design is permitted so long as the design itself is not altered whatsoever. 

Any item in its original digital form as purchased from the Website, may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred, shared, or otherwise re-distributed in its original digital form nor included in the sale of another product. Designs and fonts may be sold on a physical product. However, the file containing a design or font itself may not be sold individually or as a bundle with the physical product.

Sublimation designs may ONLY be used on a finished physical product and may not be printed as transfers and sold. Digital cut files and fonts may not be digitized and re-sold as embroidery files. 

Fonts (OTF and TTF file types) are to only be used to create commercial use, text-based digital designs. The font itself cannot be re-sold or re-distributed. However, fonts may be used – as part of a flattened design – to create digital designs which are then uploaded and sold on POD sites. SVG Alphabet sets are designs and graphics and shall not be used this way.

With the limited exception of OTF and TTF fonts as part of a flattened, unalterable digital design, items may not be used with for print-on-demand services.

If your membership lapses or is cancelled, you may use any file in your possession for personal use only. You may not use any item from Makers Gonna Learn for any commercial purposes whatsoever without a current membership. 

Makers Gonna Learn’s images of any item, or of a finished product containing any item, are the sole and exclusive property of Makers Gonna Learn and shall not be used to promote or market your product. It is impermissible to use Makers Gonna Learn’s stock photos or mockups of items listed on the Makers Gonna Learn website, whether for sale, illustration, marketing or any other purpose, for your own use.
